Description

The RDA30-90 (RA24-0101-01) is a lightweight wideband VHF wire discone antenna, operating in the 30 to 90 MHz frequency range, ideal for static mobile and man-portable communications applications.

The disc elements are made of epoxy-glass composite, ensuring low weight and high strength for the roughest of conditions.

The cone radials are plastic coated wire and also serve as the guy ropes when used with the companion RSM-6 portable mast.

Each RDA30-90 is supplied in a handy canvas bag for easy transport and storage.

For base station applications where integral guy ropes are not required, the wire radials/ropes are replaceable with epoxy glass composite elements, for use where the mast is self supporting.
