Description

The REF30-90G (RA23-2403X-01) mobile antenna is an omni-directional, vertically polarised, rugged and robust VHF end fed whip antenna intended for mobile ground-to-ground and general mobile communications in the 30 to 90 MHz range.

The radiating element is a high strength stainless steel tapered whip section, providing excellent impact resistance and low visibility, able to withstand the rigorous demands of harsh environments, on both soft skin and rugged vehicles.

It has a built in GPS antenna with low noise amplifier (LNA) which ensures optimum performance in high RF environments.

Being an end-fed monopole design, the REF30-90G is low profile, small silhouette, and requires mounting on a suitable groundplane for efficient radiation and low VSWR characteristics.
