Description

The VCF115-420 (RA23-1469-01) mobile antenna is an omni-directional, vertically polarised, rugged and versatile V/UHF centre fed dipole antenna intended for ground-to-air, ground-to-ground, ship-to-shore, marine and general tactical mobile communications in the 115 to 420 MHz range.

Encased in a high strength fibreglass sleeve, the VCF115-420 is robust, impact resistant, and able to withstand the rigorous demands of harsh military and marine environments.

Being centre-fed in design, the VCF115-420 is groundplane independent and therefore ideal on platforms where limited or no groundplane is available, or for mast mounting (Mast adapter required).

The UBS-4 or UBS-6 Universal Mounting Base is ground isolated for use on platforms where electrical isolation is necessary, but may be grounded if required.

Optional internal GPS antenna available.
