Description

The VCF225-420 (RA23-1439-01) mobile antenna is an omni-directional, vertically polarised, rugged and versatile UHF dipole antenna intended for ground-to-air, ground-to-ground, ship-to-shore, marine and general tactical mobile communications in the 225 to 420 MHz range.

Encased in a high strength fibreglass sleeve, the VCF225-420 is robust, impact resistant, and able to withstand the rigorous demands of harsh military and marine environments.

Being centre-fed in design, the VCF225-420 is groundplane independent and therefore ideal on platforms where limited or no groundplane is available, or for mast-mounting (mast adapter required).

The optional UBS-4G or UBS-6G has a built in GPS antenna, notch filter and amplifier.
